Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Zero Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which AgroNest Ventures Private Limited (“AgroNest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides its products and services. By purchasing our products or engaging our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please refrain from making a purchase or utilizing our services.

2. Scope of Policy

This Policy applies to all products and services offered by AgroNest, including but not limited to software licenses, subscriptions, consulting services, and physical goods. This Policy explicitly states that all sales are final, and no refunds or cancellations will be permitted under any circumstances.

3. No Refunds

a. All Sales Are Final:
Once a purchase is completed, it is final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any products or services, whether purchased directly from us or through an authorized reseller.

b. Non-Transferable:
Any rights or benefits associated with your purchase are non-transferable and may not be assigned to any other individual or entity.

4. No Cancellations

a. Binding Agreement:
Upon placing an order or subscribing to a service, you enter into a binding agreement with AgroNest. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the full payment of the purchase price as agreed upon at the time of the transaction.

b. No Cancellations:
Once an order is placed or a service is subscribed to, it cannot be canceled for any reason. This includes but is not limited to changes in personal circumstances, financial status, or dissatisfaction with the product or service.

5. Exceptions

a. Legal Compliance:
In the event that a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law, such as under consumer protection laws in certain jurisdictions, we will comply with the minimum legal requirements. However, any refunds issued under such circumstances will be strictly limited to the minimum amount required by law.

b. Force Majeure:
This Policy will not apply in cases where AgroNest is unable to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, civil unrest, or governmental actions. In such cases, any decision to offer a refund or cancellation will be made at AgroNest’s sole discretion.

6. Dispute Resolution

a. Governing Law:
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

b. Arbitration:
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by High Courts and Supreme Court of India in accordance with its rules. The place of arbitration shall be Guwahati, Assam, India and the language of arbitration shall be English.

c. No Class Actions:
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

7. Amendments to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform, and your continued use of our products or services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
