This Exchange, Shipping, and Return Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which AgroNest Ventures Private Limited (“AgroNest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) manages the shipment, return, and exchange of products purchased through our platform, www.AgroNest.org (the “Platform”). By purchasing products from AgroNest, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.

2. Shipping Policy

a. Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may vary based on product availability, and we will notify you if there are any delays.

b. Shipping Methods:
We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping, which you can select during the checkout process. The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen and your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

c. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items, the shipping method selected, and the delivery destination. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

d. International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply to international shipments, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer. AgroNest is not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to customs clearance procedures.

e. Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your shipment.

3. Return Policy

a. Eligibility for Returns:
Products may be eligible for return if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Perishable goods, customized items, and products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

b. Return Period:
You must initiate a return request within 2 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@agronest.org with your order details and reason for return.

c. Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

d. Inspection and Approval of Returns:
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 15 business days. If the return is not approved, the product will be returned to you at your expense.

e. Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Exchange Policy

a. Eligibility for Exchanges:
Exchanges are only allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@agronest.org within 2 days of delivery.

b. Exchange Process:
If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the original item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement product to you. The shipping cost for the replacement item will be covered by AgroNest if the exchange is due to an error on our part.

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Gift cards

6. Limitation of Liability

AgroNest’s liability for any product that is lost, damaged, or delayed during shipping is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or from any delays in delivery.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Policy, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes related to this Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by High Courts and Supreme Court of India in accordance with its rules. The place of arbitration shall be Guwahati, Assam, India and the language of arbitration shall be English.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this webpage accordingly. Your continued use of our Platform and Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
