Welcome to AgroNest Ventures Private Limited (“AgroNest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 12. Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform and Services will immediately cease, and any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
a. Governing Law:
These Terms and your use of the Platform and Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
b. Arbitration:
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform and Services will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by High Courts and Supreme Court of India in accordance with its rules. The place of arbitration will be Guwahati, Assam, India and the arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
14. Miscellaneous
a. Entire Agreement:
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and AgroNest regarding your use of the Platform and Services and supersede any prior agreements between you and AgroNest.
b. Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
c. Waiver:
No waiver of any provision of these Terms will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and AgroNest’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
d. Assignment:
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without AgroNest’s prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. AgroNest may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
